About Me

I am an archaeologist specializing in the prehistory of the southeastern US. My interests include the Mississippian culture, the rise of complex societies around the world, ceramics, and computer and quantitative methods in archaeology.

My recent work has focused on the Caddo archaeology in Eastern Oklahoma.  I am also interested in the regional interactions of Mississippian polities, particularly between the Mississippi and Black Warrior Rivers.
